The authors who want to submit the abstract of a presentation or a poster should follow the following steps:

  1. From the “Paper” menu, select “submit paper” and select “new abstract”.
  2. Fill in the Full Title, abstract and keywords, then click next.

Please note that the allowable abstract words are 150 to 250 words.

  1. Please enter the details of all authors (other than you) who contributed to the work reported in your paper. After you enter each author’s details, click the “Add Author” button to add another co-author and repeat till you enter all co-authors, then click next.

Please note that only the Corresponding Author can access the paper for submission and edit/submit revisions.

  1. On the “Additional Comments” page, you can enter the type of participation: either a presentation or a poster.

You can also enter any comments you would like to send to the editorial office. These comments do not appear in your paper, then click next.

  1. On the “Finish Submission” page, please revise the paper information and author information.
  2. By clicking the “Finish submission” button, you can not change any information and your abstract will be submitted to the scientific editor of the conference for further reviewing by peer reviewers.
  3. Within 2 weeks you will receive the reviewers’ comments.
